Terrarium plants for the office

An assortment of plants sits patiently waiting to be put in their terrariums.

Front Center Tray (green tray with multiple small plants):

  1. White and green speckled plants (bottom front)

    • Hypoestes phyllostachya (Polka Dot Plant).
    • Known for its spotted leaves, often white, pink, or red on green.
  2. Dark green plant with red undersides (left side of tray)

    • Peperomia caperata or a similar Peperomia species.
    • Waxy, textured leaves.
  3. Succulent with rosette shape (top center of tray)

    • Echeveria species.
  4. Plant with small spherical leaves (top right of tray)

    • Lithops (Living Stones) or Baby Toes (Fenestraria rhopalophylla).
  5. Trailing or climbing green plant (center right of tray)

    • Syngonium podophyllum (Arrowhead Plant).

Individual Pots (Surrounding the tray):

  1. Bottom left corner (Red flower rosette)

    • Guzmania (a type of Bromeliad).
    • Recognizable by the central brightly colored bract.
  2. Right of tray (shiny, wavy green leaves)

    • Coffea arabica (Coffee Plant).
    • Glossy, dark green, and slightly wavy leaves.
